33-Year-Old Woman Murdered At Hamptons Resort Attended College In Hudson Valley A woman who was found murdered at a posh Long Island resort had connections to the Hudson Valley. Sabina Rosas, age 33, was killed at the posh Shou Sugi Ban House, located in the Hamptons hamlet of Water Mill, on Monday, Oct. 28, according to Suffolk County Police. Suspect In Murder At Posh LI Resort Found Dead 200 Miles Away As Friends Mourn 'Gifted Artist' A Pennsylvania man suspected of murdering a woman at a high-end resort in the Hamptons was found dead hundreds of miles from the crime scene in New York. Thomas Gannon, age 56, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound at his home in Honesdale, Pennsylvania, according to Suffolk County Police. Popular Business Owner From Northern Westchester Dies At 57 James T. Maryniak, a Hudson Valley business owner who grew up in Westchester County, has died at the age of 57. According to his obituary, Maryniak was born in New Rochelle and grew up in South Salem. He later moved to Wappingers Falls. He owned Middletown Tattoo, Tattooz Forever, and Exotic Fish & Kustom Aquariums in Wappingers Falls. Maryniak was an artist who loved tattooing, airbrushing and teaching his grandsons how to draw.  "Jim was a great and loyal friend," his obituary reads.
