$1 Million Powerball Ticket Sold In Hudson Valley, Including $50K Winner In Westchester
Whoopie, a lucky Hudson Valley player took home $1 million after matching all five numbers in the Powerball game.
The second-prize winning ticket matched the winning numbers 7-11-19-53-68 but not the Powerball of 23, for the Monday, March 25 game, said the New York Lottery.
The ticket was sold at the Smokes 4 Less store on Plank Road in Newburgh, lottery officials said.
There was also one third-prize-winning ticket sold in Westchester County in Ardsley. The winner, who matched four numbers plus the Powerball, took home $50,000, lottery officials added.

Dan Mulholland, Longtime Coach In Westchester, Dies
A beloved longtime Hall of Fame coach in Westchester died at the age of 76.
Daniel J. Mulholland, Jr., known as Coach “Mully," died Saturday, Jan. 15 surrounded by his family.
In his early years, Mulholland loved archery and traveling with his father to tournaments while spending summers with his grandfather in Dolgeville, a village in Herkimer and Fulton counties in New York.
He was a graduate of Ardsley High School and Brockport University.
Mulholland spent his life as a part of the education system and sports world.

As the digging continues at the site of a condo collapse in Surfside, Florida, members of one family with New York connections announced their mother has been found dead.

As first responders continue their search for any survivors of a 12-story condo that collapsed in Surfside, Florida, local residents are holding out hope that a former resident who is among the missing will be found.
Judy Spiegel, age 65, a Long Island native from Plainview who later lived in Southampton, as well as in Westchester County, in Ardsley, is one of the 152 still listed as missing, officials said.

A New York lawyer who moved to Florida just three months ago is reportedly one of the 159 people still missing in the collapsed condo in Surfside, Florida.
Linda March, age 58, remains unaccounted for, according to her ex-husband, David Cohen.
"Apparently, she did live on the side of the building that had collapsed," he told the Daily News.
He added that March moved into the building about three months ago, and she was already looking to move out due to construction.
