Rockland Candidates Can Run On Women's Equality Party Ballot

ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- Candidates running on the Women's Equality Party will remain on the ballot despite a challenge from Republican Election Commissioner Butch Babcok and County GOP Chair Lawrence Garvey, Time Warner News reported.

The Rockland County Supreme Court ruled candidates from the Women's Equality Party can stay on the ballot.

Justice Gerald Loehr ruled against the challenge, allowing the party's candidates' names to be on the ballot, wrote Time Warner News.
