Rockland Sheriff Seeks Suspect In Drug-Possession Case

NEW CITY, N.Y. -- The Rockland County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding a man wanted on drug charges.

William Washington, 35, is described by police as 5 feet 8 inches tall with black hair and brown eyes.

Sheriff’s deputies say Washington is wanted on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

He is known to frequent the New York City metropolitan area, especially the Bronx, and Hackensack, N.J., police said.

Anyone with any information about Washington’s whereabouts is asked to call the sheriff’s Bureau of Criminal Investigation at (845)-638-5401.
