Orangetown Cops: Woman Caught On Tape Taking Rings From Nyack Shop

NYACK, N. Y. -- Orangetown police are using store surveillance videotape to try to find a woman they believe took two dozen gold rings worth about $5,000 on Sept. 19 from a Nyack antique store, according to lohud.com.

Store video shows the unidentified woman reach around a display counter inside My Own Little Corner Antique Shop, 142 Main St. Authorities said she entered the store at around 1 p.m., lohud.com reported. 

The tape shows her taking a jewelry tray containing 24 gold rings, then putting it in her bag, lohud.com said.
