Nyack Man Charged With DWI In Four-County Detail

A Nyack man was among a host of motorists charged with driving while intoxicated arrests in a detail that included Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess and Columbia counties conducted between Friday, Dec. 2 until Sunday, Dec. 4.

Kyle Muller of Nyack, 24, was charged with DWI, a misdemeanor, by state police in Wappinger in Dutchess County after a welfare check conducted on All Angels Hill Road.

He provided a breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .11 percent, police said, and was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Wappinger Court on Dec. 13.
