New City Woman Wanted On Stolen Property Charge, Clarkstown Police Say

CLARKSTOWN, N.Y. -- The Clarkstown Police Department is seeking information on a woman whose last known address is New City and is wanted on larceny and stolen property charges, said police.

Yuliya Kotukh, 30, is described as five feet, eight inches with brown hair and blue eyes, police said.
