Man Wanted For DWI, Resisting Arrest, Fleeing Accident Scene In Clarkstown

CLARKSTOWN, N.Y. -- Clarkstown Police are asking for the public's help in locating a man wanted for DWI and other charges.

Jairo Marte is wanted for DWI, resisting arrest and fleeing the scene of an accident.

Jairo Marte, 36, was last known to reside in Stony Point. He is wanted on a warrant for driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest and fleeing the scene of an accident, police said.

Marte is described as being 5-feet-9, with black hair and brown eyes.
