Mark O'Connor, 45, was cited for multiple traffic violations, including aggravated driving while intoxicated, after state police stopped his car.
He was processed with a blood alcohol level of 0.21, more than twice the legal limit.
O'Connor was turned over to a sober third party and given an appearance ticket for Dec. 16 in Clarkstown Town Court.
