Man Charged With Aggravated DUI In Main Street Stop In Nyack

NYACK, N.Y. -- Orangetown Police said they arrested Donald Cox of Nyack recently on charges of aggravated driving while under the influence.

According to police, Cox, was arrested on Main Street driving under the influence at 1:41 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 18 and was transported to the Orangetown Police Department where he was processed and released without bail.

Cox is due to appear in Nyack Justice Court on Jan 19.
