WEST NYACK, N.Y. – Irma Mirta Maria Luttati, of West Nyack and Hobe Sound, Fla., died Tuesday, Dec. 8, at home. She was 85.
Luttati was born Feb. 12, 1930, in New York City and was an accomplished pianist, who as a teenager played at Carnegie Hall and on the radio.
She went on to become an executive legal secretary in the legal department at Macy's flagship store in Herald Square, handling patents and trademarks.
Luttati is survived by her husband, Jim; and two children, Carol and David.
A wake will be on Friday, Dec. 11, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Joseph W. Sorce Funeral Home in West Nyack.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, Dec. 12, at 10 a.m. at St. Anthony's Shrine Church in Nanuet.
Interment will follow at St. Anthony's Cemetery.
