Turkey Fixins Distributed At Rockland Independent Living In New City

NEW CITY, N.Y. — Turkey dinners will be distributed Monday and Tuesday to all veterans and consumers of the Rockland Independent Living Center in New City.

The RILC will give away 100 complete turkey meals with the help of New York District Attorney Tom Zugibe, Rep. Ken Zebrowski (D-NY), state Sen. David Carlucci, Rockland County Executive Ed Day and County Clerk Paul Piperato.

Donations came from The Rockland Community Foundation; Inserra Shoprite Supermarkets; The Lions Club; and Nyack Seaport owners, the Rubino family.

Meal distributions take place both days from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Rockland Independent Living Center, 873 Route 45, Suite 108, New City.
