NANUET, N.Y. -- Rockland County Legislator Aney Paul joined St. Anthony's Catholic Church members in honoring the Rev. William V. Reynolds after he celebrated his last Mass on Sunday before retirement.
Rockland County Legislator Aney Paul presented a certificate of appreciation to the Rev. William V. Reynolds after he celebrated his last Mass before retiring from St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Nanuet.
