The suit was filed by former union president John Cocuzza, Jacquelin Millien, Greg Esposito, Stefan Tchor, Larry Lans and Melissa Seminara, according to lohud.com.
Each of the plaintiffs claims they were targeted by Falco and his administrators and faced “questionable charges” involving jail logs and the monitoring of inmates on suicide watch, according to lohud.com.
The majority of the plaintiffs resigned after learning they could face criminal charges for their alleged wrongdoing. Cocuzza and Millien have both pleaded guilty to criminal charges, according to lohud.com.
