ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- An accident involving an overturned automobile initially resulted in two lanes being blocked on a stretch of southbound I-87 in Rockland Monday evening.
The crash, reported at 8 p.m., was between Exit 14 (Spring Valley) and Exit 13 (Palisades Parkway), with traffic backed up to X14A (Garden State Parkway connector).
