Nyack Hospital Promotes Maternal Health With 'Big Latch On'

NYACK, N.Y. -- Parents in Rockland County can join together this weekend and encourage an important mother and baby connection through Nyack Hospital's “Big Latch On” on Saturday morning.

The community event will be held on Saturday, August 5 from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., and is sponsored by The Prenatal Center at Nyack Hospital. Part of a global breast feeding initiative, the morning will bring together women to breastfeed and offer support at locations around the world. All lactating mothers, partners, families, caregivers, and healthcare providers are welcome to participate.

The Prenatal Center at Nyack Hospital is located at 258 High Avenue in Nyack. Those interested in participating must register here.
