D'Andrea's soup is epic, but so is his hospitality. "Our customers got really wrapped up in the contest," he said. "They kept checking the site. It was fun, and competitive, but mostly fun."
As spring finds its way to the Hudson Valley, soup orders wane. But Cornerstone will gear up again in colder weather to feed folks their favorite comfort food, no doubt. But the plaque -- that will be a permanent fixture at the counter.
