The celebration of food and wine begins at 5 p.m. with a cocktail reception followed by a five course culinary tasting with wine pairing at 6 p.m.
Corks & Forks will feature the following chefs: Didier Dumas of Didier Dumas Patisserie, Peter X. Kelly of Xaviars Restaurant Group, Jose David Martinez of UNION Restaurant, Doug Nguyen of Wasaby and Kevin Reilly of Roost Restaurant.
