Fatal Crash: 22-Year-Old ID'd As Victim In Region A 22-year-old was killed in a two-vehicle crash in the region. It happened around 2:15 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 29, in Schoharie County in the town of Seward. An electric bicycle being operated by Mackenzie T. Bamberger of Cobleskill entered the intersection from Hill Road.  It was then struck by a vehicle northbound on State Route 10, according to New York State Police. Alert Issued For Capital Region Woman Missing Several Weeks Police are asking for help in locating a woman from the region who has been missing for several weeks. Schoharie County resident Carlie Mace was officially reported missing on Monday, Aug. 5, weeks after relatives last had contact with her. Sheriff’s officials said her last known location was in Schenectady. Mace is 5-foot-6 and 210 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
