Duo Charged In Fatal Stabbing Of 24-Year-Old, Attack On Second Victim Near UAlbany Campus Police have arrested two suspects in connection with a stabbing attack that killed a 24-year-old man and injured a second victim near a college campus in the region. Emergency crews in Albany were called at around 3:40 a.m. Monday, June 3, for a stabbing near Washington Avenue and Quail Street, one block from the University at Albany’s downtown campus. 21-Year-Old Parolee Nabbed In Capital Region Shooting That Killed Man, Injured 2 Others: Cops Police have arrested a suspect in an overnight shooting in the region that killed a man and injured two others, including a 13-year-old boy. The Albany incident happened at around 1:45 a.m. Wednesday, June 5, in the city’s West Hill neighborhood, near Second and Quail streets. Officers found a 46-year-old woman who was shot in the leg and a 13-year-old boy suffering from a graze bullet wound to his arm.
