A 59-year-old Manhattan man is in custody following a burglary at the Orange Bank and Trust on Dolson Avenue in Middletown and a multi-county police chase that ended in a crash in the town of Woodbury. According to Lt. Jeffry Thoelen of the Middletown Police, the incident occurred around 2:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 14. A Hudson Valley man was sentenced to 19 years in prison for his role in multiple violent gang-related incidents in 2023, including a stabbing, shooting, and assault. Orange County District Attorney David M. Hoovler announced that Jesus Bravo, age 26, of Newburgh, was sentenced on Monday, Jan. 6. A Hudson Valley man is facing years in prison after pleading guilty to selling drugs and guns throughout the area using a food truck. Orange County resident Kirkland Salmon, age 42, of Newburgh, pleaded guilty in Orange County Court to criminal possession of a controlled substance, sale of a firearm, and conspiracy on Tuesday, Oct. 1. Under the plea agreement, the Orange County District Attorney's Office will recommend that he be sentenced to 12 years in prison, followed by five years of post-release supervision when he is sentenced in December. Suspect Nabed In Orange County Stealing Items From Car In Handicapped Spot
A Hudson Valley man was charged with alleged robbery and menacing after stealing items from a car parked in a handicapped space and then attacking a person who attempted to intervene. The incident occurred in Orange County around noon on Thursday, Aug. 29, in the parking lot of Market 32 at 39 N. Plank Road in Newburgh. According to Lt.
