Hudson Valley County Unveils New EV Portable Charging Station A Hudson Valley government has unveiled the county's latest vehicle charging station, which is entirely off the grid and can be used in remote areas. The new portable charging facility is currently stationed at the Ulster County Office Complex on Ulster Avenue in Kingston.
