The incident happened shortly after 2 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 6 at the Duo Tapas Bar and Lounge on Yonkers Avenue in Yonkers. Alert Issued For Missing Westchester Teen A 19-year-old has gone missing in Westchester and authorities are asking for the public's help in locating him. Seth Feliz was last seen a week ago, on Wednesday, June 12, and Yonkers Police issued an alert regarding his disappearance on Tuesday, June 18. He is described as being 5-foot-7, 140 pounds.
