Apartment Fire Breaks Out In Area An apartment fire that broke out in the area was controlled in about 20 minutes.  Firefighters in Ulster County responded to the Lake Katrine Apartments on Neighborhood Road at approximately 6:05 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 3. Police Search For Missing Hudson Valley Kayaker State police have identified a male kayaker who went missing in the Hudson Valley on Tuesday afternoon in the Hudson Valley. At approximately 3:15 p.m.,  Ulster County 911 received a call for an overturned kayak in the Wallkill River in Rifton, in the town of Esopus near the area of Route 213.
