Dutchess County resident Li Hongling, age 50, of Poughkeepsie, was killed Sunday, Aug. 6, on Route 9W in Ulster County in the town of Highland. Witnesses Sought In Fatal Hudson Valley Crash Police are asking for any witnesses to a Hudson Valley crash in which a scooter driver was hit and killed by an SUV to come forward. Rockland County resident Dariel Rivera, of Central Nyack, was killed around 3:50 a.m., Friday, July 14, on Route 303 in West Nyack. According to Det. Norm Peters of the Clarkstown Police, officers found Rivera after police received reports of a person lying in the roadway.
