Multi-Vehicle Hudson Valley Crash Seriously Injures Tractor-Trailer Driver A 56-year-old tractor-trailer driver who was confused by the height of a Hudson Valley railroad overpass was hit by a vehicle after he backed up and hit another car, and got out of his truck. The incident took place in Orange County around 7:45 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 7 on East Main Street in Port Jervis.
