Student Approached By Suspicious Van In Hudson Valley Police are investigating after a student was approached by a suspicious van in the region. The incident happened Monday, Sept. 30 in Northern Westchester. Police received a report on Monday night, Sept. 30 of the student being approached by a woman in a blue-gray van in Peekskill.
