Area Woman Stopped On I-87 Drove Drunk With BAC Twice Legal Limit, Police Say A traffic stop on the New York Thruway led to the arrest of an area woman who was allegedly driving with a  blood alcohol content more than double the legal limit, state police said. Troopers in Orange County stopped Harriman resident Heather MacMahon, 50, at approximately 7:50 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 5, in New Windsor when she committed several vehicle and traffic violations. Driver On Probation Busted For Fourth DWI During Stop In Westchester A Westchester County man on probation with three previous DWI convictions is facing a host of charges after being busted allegedly drinking and driving without a license in Scarsdale. An officer on patrol at approximately 11:30 p.m. on Weaver Street on Monday, Feb. 4 was alerted by a License Plate Reader that a 2013 Chevy Traverse that drove by had a “suspended or revoked” registration.
