Middletown Adds New Public Notification System Mayor Joseph M. DeStefano announced Tuesday that Middletown residents have a new way to receive updates and emergency alerts from government and law enforcement officials through a new notification system. The system, Nixle 360 provides residents with real-time informational updates and emergency alerts.
