Eight Westchester Residents Charged With DWI In State Police Labor Day Weekend Stops Dozens of area residents were nabbed for driving while intoxicated by state police during the three-day Labor Day weekend.  They include:  Westchester Adam J. Heyd, 37, of Somers. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of Putnam Valley when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation.  Michele A. Ridlon, 47, of Dobbs Ferry. She was traveling on Route 9 in the town of Cortlandt when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation.  Richard B. Clampitt, 55, of Lewisboro. Aggravated DWI. Northern Westchester Pair Among Those Charged With DWI Over Weekend With local and state police agencies cracking down on drunk, drugged and distracted driving, several local residents were among nearly two dozen in the area who found themselves on the wrong side of the law over the weekend. As part of the STOP-DWI Independence Day week-long crackdown, State Police troopers busted several motorists for driving while intoxicated as they attempt to stop motorists from drinking and driving in the area. Rockland, Orange County Motorists Among Those Nabbed For DWI Over Weekend Nearly two dozen impaired drivers were busted by state police in Orange and Rockland County over the weekend as law enforcement officials continue their crackdown on intoxicated drivers in the Hudson Valley.
