Rockland Mourns Death Of Purple Heart Recipient, Vets Chief Jerry Donnellan Former longtime Rockland Veterans Service Agency Director Jerry Donnellan died Friday at his home in Clarkstown. He was 71. He had retired last year after 30 years of county service.
