Richard Kendall was last seek walking on foot in Rockland County in the area of Marion Street and North Broadway in Nyack and he was reported missing by his wife at 1:19 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon. On Monday, Nov. 8, Orangetown Police reported his body was located n a densely wooded area of Nyack Beach State Park. No suspicious activity has been found at this time, police said. It happened around 4 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 4 in Rockland County, in the area of Route 9W and Rockland Lake North in Clarkstown. Man Found Dead In Area Residence Police are investigating after finding a person dead in his area apartment. The unidentified man was discovered around 4 p.m. on Sunday, Aug.15  in Nyack, said Captain Michael F. Shannon of the Orangetown Police.
