Dutchess County resident Li Hongling, age 50, of Poughkeepsie, was killed Sunday, Aug. 6, on Route 9W in Ulster County in the town of Highland. Officers responded to a 911 call of a reported car/pedestrian accident in the area of 61 South Ohioville Road in the Town of New Paltz.
