Neighbors' Reports Of Syringes In Street Lead To Seizure Of Drugs, Gun, Cash In Suffern Raid
Complaints of constant coming and goings and syringes in the street led to the bust of a Suffern man for allegedly dealing drugs.
Aided with a no-knock warrant, Suffern Police, along with members of the Rockland Drug Task Force and Rockland SWAT team, raided the Prairie Avenue home of Gustavo Roche, around 6 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 6, said Suffern Police Chief Clarke Osborn.
The warrant was issued following a months-long investigation into narcotics activity at the home, Osborn said.

An alleged major street-level drug dealer was taken down during a no-knock search warrant following a months-long investigation.
Juan P. Colon, 40, of Middletown, was arrested on Wednesday, March 13, by the City of Middletown Police Department’s Narcotics Unit, in conjunction with the state police, the FBI’s Hudson Valley Safe Streets Task Force, and the Orange County Sheriff’s Office Special Operations Group, said Middletown Police Lt. Four of some 28 people busted during a drug raid dubbed "Operation Bread, White, and Blues," in Orange and Rockland counties have pleaded guilty to multiple counts of conspiracy for their dealings with the drug-running operation.

Seven Nabbed In Area Narcotics, Prostitution Detail
Six people were arrested as a result of an ongoing investigation into prostitution in the area, according to the Ramapo Police Department.
The bust when down around 8:40 p.m. Thursday on Sherwood Avenue in the Spring Valley section of Ramapo, said Det. Sgt. Brian Corbett.
