McDonald’s is bringing back its Smoky BLT Quarter Pounder, first launched in 2022, for another limited run beginning Wednesday, July 10.
Brazenly dubbed “everyone's favorite sandwich,” the burger features a “100 percent fresh” Quarter Pounder beef patty, two slices of American cheese, three half strips of applewood smoked bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, and a special, smoky BLT sauce all on a toasted sesame seed bun.

Target announced that it would lower prices on 5,000 "frequently shopped" items in its stores nationwide, the company said in a press release.
Those items include milk, meat, bread, soda, fresh fruit and vegetables, snacks, yogurt, peanut butter, coffee, diapers, paper towels, pet food, and more, the chain said in a Monday, May 20, news release. The new prices will be rolled out throughout the summer.

A Hudson Valley man who allegedly seriously injured another man in a road rage fight has been charged with felony assault.
Ulster County resident Walton R. Gordon, age 31, of Saugerties was arrested on Tuesday, July 11, for the incident which took place on Saturday, June 24.
Saugerties Police responded to a fight in the parking lot of McDonald's on Route 212 where they found the victim, who sustained serious injuries, but Gordon had fled the area, said Saugerties Police Chief Joseph Sinagra.

Anthony Zottola, age 44, of Larchmont, was convicted by a federal jury in Brooklyn Wednesday, Oct. 19, of murder-for-hire conspiracy in the October 2018 killing of 71-year-old Sylvester Zottola in the Bronx.
