Police Seize Heroin, Cocaine During Early Morning Bust In Area
Two people were arrested by Deerpark Police following a five-month investigation into illegal drug sales in town.
Donald Collier, 39, and Ashley Collier, 30, both of Cuddebackville, were arrested on Friday, July 12, during the execution of a search warrant around 5 a.m., with the help of the Orange County Sheriff's Office, said Deerpark Chief of Police Richard J. Sztyndor.
Inside of the residence police located 97 bags of heroin and 13 grams of loose heroin.19 grams of crack cocaine packaged for sale was also recovered, said Sztyndor.

A man and woman are facing drug charges after police say they were caught with ecstasy and Oxycodone during an I-87 traffic stop.
New York State Police say they stopped a vehicle on I-87 in the town of Woodbury for an infraction on Tuesday, June 25 around 1:35 a.m.
While interviewing the driver, identified as William Vidal, 39, of the Bronx, police say they established probable cause to search the vehicle.

Duo Facing Drug Possession Charges After I-87 Stop
A motorist and passenger are facing charges for drug possession after an I-87 traffic stop in the area, police say.
New York State Police say they stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on I-87 in the town of Cornwall on Tuesday, May 14 around 9:30 p.m.
While interviewing the driver, identified as Matthew Nisbett, 36, of Brooklyn, probable cause to conduct a search was established, according to police.
Nisbett was found to be in possession of approximately 3.2 grams of methamphetamine, 14.8 grams of marijuana, two capsules of MDMA and a pipe containing methamphetamine residue, police say…
