A 44-year-old woman is facing a child endangerment charge after police said she allegedly smoked marijuana with a child, kissed them several times, and supplied them with vape pens.
Gina M. Modafferi, of Wallkill, 44, was arrested by the Town of Crawford Police Department and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor, the department announced on Monday, June 1.
