Task Force Bust: Hudson Valley Man Charged With Selling Fentanyl, Cops Say A Hudson Valley man has been charged with the criminal sale of narcotics following an investigation into fentanyl sales in the area. Orange County resident Mackenzie A. Arias, age 23, of Newburgh, was arrested by the Dutchess County Drug Task following an investigation that lasted several months, said Det. Sgt. Adam Harris, of the task force. The task force has been actively investigating the sale of fentanyl in the areas of Academy and Montgomery Streets in the city of Poughkeepsie for several months, Harris said.
