A man who was barricaded inside an area home has been taken into custody by the New York State Police. The Dutchess County standoff began around 10 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 10, in the area of Osborne Hill Road in the Town of Wappinger.  State police announced around 12:47 p.m., that the situation had been resolved "peacefully."
