Woman Charged With Stealing Purse At Kohl's In Southeast A shoplifter attempting to walk out of Kohl’s in Southeast without paying for a purse was taken into police custody when a manager chose to press charges against her, Putnam County Sheriff Robert Langley Jr. said. Putnam County Sheriff’s Deputy Brian Sacher was dispatched to Kohl’s shortly after 1:45 p.m. on Monday, July 8, when an employee reported that there had been a disorderly customer inside the store.
