A 31-year-old man got combative with New York State Police troopers in Rockland County who were attempting to arrest him for driving the wrong way while impaired by drugs. New York State Police troopers from Haverstraw received a report on Sunday, Jan. 20 of a vehicle that was traveling southbound in the northbound lanes of the Palisades Interstate Parkway in Stony Point.
