Man Charged In Fatal Hit-Run Among Three Putnam Inmates Released Under Criminal Justice Reforms
A man accused in a fatal hit-and-run crash is among three suspects incarcerated on pending criminal charges in Putnam released under new criminal justice reforms that took effect on Wednesday, Jan. 1, County Sheriff Robert L. Langley Jr. said. Among those released was 40-year-old Javier Lorenzano-Fercano, who was charged with leaving the scene of a fatal automobile accident, a Class D felony.
