Updated story: Here's When To Expect New Round Of Rain From Ian In Much Of Region Rain and wind from Ian have spread to the Northeast with a weekend washout in store for much of the region. The National Weather Service said on Friday, Sept. 30 that "the rainfall forecast continues to trend upwards" for Saturday.
