A New York pharmacist is facing decades in federal prison after admitting that he made hundreds of thousands of dollars by illegally distributing opioid medications. Long Island resident Daniel Russo, age 44, of the village of Cedarhurst in Nassau County, pleaded guilty to multiple charges, including conspiring to distribute and possess oxycodone, in federal court in Brooklyn on Friday, Feb. 17.
