The Croton-Harmon Union Free School District announced that it has unanimously approved a multi-year contract for Stephen Walker to take over for current superintendent Deborah O’Connell, who is retiring in January. Croton-Harmon Assistant Business Superintendent Retiring Soon Not many retirees can say they are opening a new chapter in their lives that will include international travel and a new marriage.  But Croton-Harmon Assistant Superintendent for Business Diane Chaissan of Newburgh is about to turn that page. These Westchester Schools Have State's Best Teachers, New Ranking Says Hudson Valley school districts performed well among those with the best teachers, according to a recent rating by niche.com.
