The New Rochelle Police Department has issued an alert for Wendy Vanessa Barrios-Ramirez, who was last seen near North Avenue and Main Street on Sunday, Jan. 27. Police described Barrios-Ramirez as a 5-foot-2 Hispanic woman weighing approximately 130 pounds with a medium build, brown eyes and black hair with blonde highlights.
