Hudson Valley Man Caught In Act Stealing Cash At Restaurant, Police Say A 41-year-old man Hudson Valley man is behind bars after allegedly being caught in the act of burglarizing a restaurant and stealing cash. Ulster County resident Shane Burr, of Highland, was charged on Monday, Oct. 2 and charged with burglary and petit larceny. According to the town of Lloyd Police Chief James Janso, Burr, who has 23 previous arrests, was caught after officers responded to a burglary in progress at the Asian Garden Restaurant in Highland.
