An alleged fentanyl dealer is behind bars after being busted during a "buy" by the Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office Drug Task Force. Bernard Diggs, of Poughkeepsie, was charged on Tuesday, Dec. 17, in the area of South Cherry Street on the south side of Poughkeepsie. According to Det. Sgt. Adam Harris of the task force, agents focused on Diggs after receiving tips and began buying drugs from him. A violent altercation in the region has led to the arrest of a man accused of allegedly assaulting another man with a knife and causing extensive damage to his vehicle. According to Lt. The Dutchess County Sheriff's Office reported the arrest of Isaiah E. Lodge, age 27, after deputies responded to a disturbance call and he bit them and held one in a chokehold. Capt.
