Female Motorcyclist Killed Tuxedo Crash On Route 17

TUXEDO, N.Y. – A female motorcyclist was killed in a four-vehicle accident on Route 17 in Tuxedo on Sunday, according to the Times Herald-Record.

The accident happened just after noon when a Chevy Equinox traveling northbound on Route 17 was rear-ended causing the SUV to spin into the southbound lane. The Equinox then crashed into a Honda Accord and a female riding a Harley Davidson, the Record reported.

The woman riding the Harley died of her injuries. Authorities have not released the identities of anyone involved in the crash, the Record said.
