Hudson Valley Man Sentenced To State Prison For Burglaries: DA A Hudson Valley man with a decades-long criminal history has been sentenced to 3 1/2 to 7 years in state prison for two burglaries committed in Kingston, according to the Ulster County District Attorney’s Office. Ulster County District Attorney Emmanuel Nneji said that on Thursday, Jan. 16, Antoine Scott, 47, of Saugerties, pleaded guilty to burglary and received the maximum sentence from Judge Bryan E. Man Charged With Robbing, Assaulting Sullivan County Resident: Police A 26-year-old man was arrested for allegedly robbing and assaulting a 71-year-old resident of the village of Monticello last year. Tyjhe Daeshawn Hargrove, of Brooklyn, was charged on Friday, Jan. 10, following an investigation into the Wednesday, July 3, 2024, attack at the Quality Gas and Convenience Store in Monticello. According to Monticello Police Lt. Mark Johnstone, Hargrove intentionally struck the victim in the face with a closed fist and stole a $100 bill from the victim's hand while he lay on the floor of the store. Man From Region Charged With Series Of Commercial Burglaries A man from the region has been charged with allegedly committing three commercial burglaries. Sullivan County resident Emmanuel N. Berrian, age 34, of Monticello, was arrested on Thursday, Aug. 29, and charged with three counts of felony burglary and petit larceny. According to Monticello Police Lt.
